Job Description
Bill’s Heating & Air Conditioning is a large HVAC company with great employees seeking an experienced and professional office assistant for our service department. Responsibilities:
Answering and transferring calls on a multi-line phone system.
Help manage the day to day dispatch and scheduling operations.
Responsible for contacting customers regarding scheduling issues and scheduling service technicians for jobs.
Responsible for following up with customers.
Responsible for coordinating communication between management, service technicians, field supervisors, customers, warehouse, and office staff.
Filing customer files.
Required Experience/Skills:
Dispatch/Scheduler experience is strongly preferred.
Phone sales experience is preferred.
Provide high level of customer service over the phone and email.
Must be detail oriented, excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Google Calendar, Google Maps, MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
Must have prior office experience.
Must have experience with multi-line phone systems.
Must have positive attitude.
Must be a team player.
Must be willing to work flexible hours.
