Receptionist/Business Development Representative (Iowa City, IA)

Business Development representatives interact daily with Customers, BDC Managers, Service Staff, and Service Managers to generate appointments for the assigned stores service team.

ESSENTAIL FUNCTIONS:

• Contact and communicate with customers

• Make a high-volume amount of inbound calls
• Set service appointments for customers with service advisor
• Contact customers to confirm appointments

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service Skills & Self Motivated
• Be Able to Create and Maintain Customer Relationships
• Strong Computer & Phone Skills
• Prior Sales, Call Center, or Business

• Appointment Setting Experience
• Great Communication Skills
• Able to multi-task

Wage: $15-17/hr
