What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate-Valdosta, GA position at Bimbo QSR?
- Bimbo QSR is a commercial bakery facility that produces bun/bread products to quick serve restaurants and distributed throughout the US.
- Bimbo QSR requires that all associates follow mandatory safety protocols
- Uniforms are provided after 60 days.
- Associates are cross-trained in all areas of production to become familiar with all the different jobs (sanitation, shipping, indexer, tray feeder, utility, divider operator, mixer operator, packaging, etc.)
- Physical requirements consist of: Lifting and carrying 50lbs, standing for an entire shift, bending, stooping, squatting and climbing stairs/ladders. Must be able to work around heights and some positions require the ability to operate a forklift safely (Certification Test is required)
- All new associates are evaluated and must successfully complete the 60-days probationary period. This includes being dependable with excellent attendance, perform all jobs safely and be an engaged associate willing to learn.
