JOB Overview: 14 months contract and onsite role
The Social Impact Project Associate is responsible for mapping and documenting all Employee Engagement Volunteer and Giving Program and supporting company’s Employee Engagement Programs. This role will also play a crucial role in driving and supporting new and ongoing initiatives aimed at maximizing our social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Documentation: Lead a project to map and document existing Social Impact programs and processes to create a playbook for onboarding and operations.
2. Communication: Assisting in maintaining effective communication strategy for company Employees to be informed of Volunteer and Giving Opportunities
3. Support Employee Volunteerism and Giving Programs: Assist in the coordination and promotion of employee volunteer opportunities. Create Program toolkits. Manage volunteer rosters, schedules, and communications to ensure a smooth and rewarding volunteer experience.
4. Help design and create support new Employee Engagement initiatives
5. Marketing Volunteer Opportunities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote volunteer opportunities internally.
6. Assist in the implementation of process improvement efforts
Quals--
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in business, communications, philanthropy, non-profit management or related fields or 5 years minimum experience

- Proficiency in using various software applications, databases, and other technological tools. This includes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint), data management, and online communication platforms.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.18 - $50.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
