Position Overview: The Social Impact Project Associate is responsible for mapping and documenting all Employee Engagement Volunteer and Giving Program and supporting Lillys Employee Engagement Programs. This role will also play a crucial role in driving and supporting new and ongoing initiatives aimed at maximizing our social impact.
Key Responsibilities
Basic Qualifications " Bachelors or Associates degree in business, communications, philanthropy, non-profit management or related fields or 5 years minimum experience

" Experience in developing and managing complex projects
" Excellent written and oral communication skills
" Strong organization skills and attention to detail
" Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
" Proficiency in using various software applications, databases, and other technological tools. This includes proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, PowerPoint), data management, and online communication platforms.

- Process Documentation: Lead a project to map and document existing Social Impact programs and processes to create a playbook for onboarding and operations.
- Communication: Assisting in maintaining effective communication strategy for Lilly Employees to be informed of Volunteer and Giving Opportunities
- Support Employee Volunteerism and Giving Programs: Assist in the coordination and promotion of employee volunteer opportunities. Create Program toolkits. Manage volunteer rosters, schedules, and communications to ensure a smooth and rewarding volunteer experience.
- Help design and create support new Employee Engagement initiatives
- Marketing Volunteer Opportunities: Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote volunteer opportunities internally.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvement efforts
