WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A quick and eager learner and team worker
- Must be proficient with computer programs
- Medical billing experience preferred, not required
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Verify and input insurance information
- Communicate with patients, provide follow-ups, and resolve any concerns
- Contact insurance providers regarding patient accounts
- Update demographic information
- Transmit claims
- Charge review
- File appeals with insurance companies as necessary to ensure payment on claims
LOCATION & SCHEDULE:
- 26834 Lawrence Ave. Center Line, MI
- Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
REMOTE/HYBRID TERMS:
- Must train on-site
- Hybrid, remote, and flex schedule options available after training
