With 150 years of experience in the construction industry and a long-term commitment to excellence in over 55 locations nationwide, we are seeking a new team member to represent our Care Center. The ideal candidate is organized, sales & service oriented, and exhibits the utmost of integrity at all times.
Job Details
- Take customer calls and provide accurate responses and exemplary service
- Prepare quotes for a variety of work orders including residential and commercial glass needs
- Monitor work order progress, and effectively manage follow up process
- Understand and use correct product category codes
- Ensure business is conducted in a manner exhibiting high legal, moral, ethical and professional standards
- Follow established policies and procedures for daily administrative duties
- Meet Corporate audit criteria for administrative duties
- Ability to determine customers needs with each inquiry whether by phone, email, or text
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Capacity for time management and multi-tasking
- Proficient computer skills with knowledge of fundamental software
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and enhance skills
