Job Details
- Take customer calls and provide accurate responses and exemplary service
- Prepare quotes for a variety of work orders including residential and commercial glass needs
- Monitor work order progress, and effectively manage follow up process
- Understand and use correct product category codes
- Ensure business is conducted in a manner exhibiting high legal, moral, ethical and professional standards
- Follow established policies and procedures for daily administrative duties
- Meet Corporate audit criteria for administrative duties
