The New Business Coordinator is a critical part of the Biond Financial Team , responsible for delivering extraordinary client service and care. The New Business Coordinator is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive onboarding experience that exceeds their expectations. Responsibilities :
- Responsible for guiding clients through our processes with applications and other financial transactions.
- Primary liaison between clients and carriers throughout life insurance underwriting, focuses on seamless progression and quick turnaround times with open communication.
- Partnering with leadership, sales representatives, clients and prospective clients regarding underwriting
- Maintain client paper files and electronic data files in a timely manner
- Administrative duties of the office, including but not limited to Filing, file prep, coordinating and scheduling appointments, etc.
- Manage relationship with 3rd party vendors.
- Attend training classes, calibration sessions, and team meetings in order to stay abreast of current procedures and business needs
- Attend and participate in learning opportunities / training made available through management and / or compliance.
- Perform other duties as assigned
