Roofing Sales Representative

Birddog Roofing & Construction is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Project Manager to oversee our roofing and construction projects from start to finish. This role involves supervising on-site crews, managing materials, and ensuring the timely completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. This is a commission-based role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. On-Site Supervision:

• Be present at the job site to oversee daily operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction crew, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.

2. Materials Management:

• Pickup and drop off materials as needed for the project.
• Safely pull a trailer to transport materials and equipment.
• Ensure all materials are properly accounted for and stored on-site.

3. Expense Tracking:

• Keep detailed records of receipts and expenses related to each project.
• Monitor the budget and report any discrepancies or concerns to senior management.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Take high-quality pictures of completed jobs for documentation and client reports.
• Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to perform handyman tasks and small projects.
• Possession of a personal truck for transporting materials and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and safety protocols.
