Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix plumbing leaks
- Troubleshoot appliance repairs
- Repairs/work orders including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and/or HVAC
- Turnovers/make-readies
- Unit renovations
- Preventative maintenance
- On-call emergency maintenance
- Other duties as identified to help Birgo improve lives through real estate
Requirements
- Experienced in property maintenance
- Well-rounded skill set
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal and reliable mode of transportation
- Lift and carry 50 pounds without assistance
- Safely utilize power tools
- Work in confined spaces; ascend and descend ladders and staircases
