The Service Administrator performs a wide variety of tasks to support the operations of our very busy Service Department. This is a fast-paced role that involves both desk and computer work, along with working outside with the service team to facilitate Service Department activities.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Data Entry - translating technician notes for entry into our Service database
  • File and Photo Organization - filing paper copies of forms as well as uploading photos and documents into our Service system
  • Checking in new RVs upon arrival at the dealership from the factory
  • Assisting with calculations of technician work time
  • Working effectively as a team with Service, Parts, Sales, and store leadership
  • Managing time and resources effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid organizational and multitasking skills
  • An awesome attitude!
  • Neat, clean and professional appearance
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s values in all interactions with customers and co-workers
