Office Administrator/Accountant
Bison Engineering, Inc., is a Montana-based, 32 person, employee-owned environmental engineering firm with 42 years of experience in helping our clients comply with air quality regulations. We have two office locations in MT and one in AZ. We specialize in air quality permitting, emissions testing, ambient air monitoring, and gas flow monitor design and manufacture. We are looking for a Office Administrator/Accountant in our Helena, MT office. This position will be part of the administrative team, supporting different departments and office locations, evaluating and assisting them with their financial plans and operations. This position reports directly to the CFO.
This role is vital to ensuring smooth administrative operations and accurate financial management within our organization.
Responsibilities include administrative duties, such as scheduling, communication, and office organization, as well as accounting tasks like payroll preparation, invoice management, and financial reporting. Your efforts will directly support the team and contribute to the company’s success.
Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in administrative and financial roles. Proficiency in accounting software and familiarity with payroll systems are a plus.
Applicants should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and on teams.
