Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive BIM Manager to lead and manage our Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across the firm. This role focuses on enhancing BIM standards, improving project delivery, and supporting cross-disciplinary collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong architectural background and a passion for technology, training, and quality design execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance the firm's BIM structure, standards, and workflows.
- Lead BIM implementation strategies and oversee project-level BIM delivery.
- Manage Revit templates, content libraries, and support automation for efficiency.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews and oversee clash detection and resolution.
- Train and onboard staff on BIM tools, standards, and best practices.
- Support cross-functional Revit user groups and address technical needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Architecture.
- 5 years of experience in BIM/CAD management or design drafting.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and BlueBeam.
- Familiarity with BIM tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, and BIMLink.
- Preferred: Scripting experience (Dynamo).
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,487.00 - $93,235.00 per year
