What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Programmer position at Bitflow Innovative Group Inc?
Overview
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of CNC programming, CAD/CAM systems, preferably GibbsCam and Esprit, and hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Renishaw Probes and their programming is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify CNC programs using GibbsCam and Esprit software to machine parts based on 3D models, blueprints, and design specifications.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate programming and toolpath generation.
- Experience Programming 4 axis vertical & horizontal machining centers, 2 axis lathes, Y-Axis & Live Tooling lathes, vertical lathes with live tooling, and wire EDM machines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
