What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Construction Estimator position at Bitflow Innovative Group Inc?
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products to construction clients
- Provide architectural support and specifications
- Create bids and proposals/packets
- Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial projects
- Search for bid opportunities using Southern Tier Builder Exchange, Construct Connect, Procore, etc.
- Actively seek out new opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a construction estimator, preferably in a commercial setting
- Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills with attention to details
- Experience with reading and understanding product specifications & construction drawings
- Proficient in CRM software
- Sales experience is preferable
- Project management experience is helpful
- Experience with Project Take Offs (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
