Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and related documents.
Handle probate and estate administration, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to develop comprehensive, customized estate plans.
Maintain and build strong client relationships while providing exceptional client service throughout the estate planning and probate process.
Stay up to date with relevant changes in estate planning, probate law, and regulations to offer clients timely and accurate advice.
Qualifications and Experience:
Licensure: Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (required).
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate law (required).
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required).
Portable Business: Some portable business is preferred but not required.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
