Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee trust and estate planning matters, including drafting wills, trusts, and related documents.
Handle probate and estate administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to estate planning, wealth preservation, and probate litigation.
Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to develop comprehensive estate plans.
Experience:
Licensed to practice law in the State of Texas (required).
At least 5 years of experience in estate planning and probate practice (required).
Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills (required).
Some portable business (preferred).
Salary dependent upon level of experience.
