Stay current on Texas probate laws and regulations
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the Texas State Bar
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Probate Law
Strong knowledge of Texas probate laws and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage complex cases and work independently
