Financial Controller

Summary: Oversee and Coordinate Daily Financial Activities.

Controller will oversee all financial and accounting activities. The Controller will be responsible for budget management, financial analysis, payroll, forecasting, accounts payable and receivable and financial reporting. The controller is well-versed in working closely with senior management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Protect and Conserve resources and accurately reports on financial position.

· Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budgets, cash receipts and financial assets.

· Organize and update financial records

· Review financial statements for accuracy and legal compliance.

· Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives.

· Handle the company’s transactions, credit, debt and provide cash flow forecasting.

· Plan and implement internal controls

· Monitor and analyze financial accounting data

Manage Financial Organization effectively.

· Manages master budget and sub-budgets including design, planning, controlling, and evaluating.

· Liaison for external audit and accountants

· Ensure compliance with local law and tax provisions

· Manager of Accounting Department. Supervises and develops AP/Inventory Analyst.

· Dotted Line responsibility for Payroll Activity

· Responsible for closing account periods and leading Monthly/Quarterly Financial Performance Review (MMPR)

Education and Experience

• Five plus (5 ) years of progressively responsible as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager experience in a manufacturing environment; hands on experience with all essential duties.

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, Finance or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
