POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management OR technical college degree with combined minimum of five years’ field and estimating experience
- Comfortable to work in both an office and on-site construction project environment
- Ability to travel and/or temporarily relocate based on project needs
- Proven experience as a Heavy Civil Estimator with a strong focus on earthwork take-offs and self-perform estimating
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and related documents
- Experience with construction software preferred, especially Carlson, HCSS, and Bluebeam
- Aptitude to work as a team player with strong planning and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors

Pay: $77,974.00 - $130,000.00 per year
