Heavy Civil Estimator – Pittsburgh, PA 🚧
Salary : $90K - $140K full benefits
Location : On-site, Pittsburgh, PA
Industry : Heavy Civil Construction (Earthworks, Site Development, Industrial & Greenfield Projects)
What You’ll Do :
Develop accurate cost estimates for heavy civil construction projects
Perform earthwork take-offs & self-perform estimating
Analyze RFPs, blueprints, and construction documents
Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors & vendors
Utilize estimating software like Carlson, HCSS & Bluebeam
What We’re Looking For :
- 5 years in heavy civil estimating (earthwork & self-perform)
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Experience with DOT projects preferred
- Strong skills in construction estimating & CAD-type software (Carlson)
