Operations Manager- Final Mile

Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth communication between Independent Contractors (ICs), customers, clients, and retail partners.
• Oversee warehouse operations and ensure compliance with client procedures.
• Manage the recruitment, training, and performance of ICs and contractors.
• Represent Pulse locally, maintaining company culture and standards.
• Handle P&L management and fiscal responsibility for operations.
• Hire, train, and manage direct reports.
• Report to the Director of Operations on performance and updates.
• Serve as an expert on client and company-related topics.
• Use tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Apps, and SharePoint.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and maintain high operational standards.
• Lead daily warehouse and inventory management.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work with leadership on future sales opportunities.

Requirements:

• Final Mile experience is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools.
• Supervisory experience in transportation or supply chain.
• P&L management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
