Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Develop and refine program strategies, ensuring quality and alignment with community needs.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and support program staff, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional development.
- Community Engagement: Build partnerships and represent BELN in community initiatives, enhancing educational opportunities.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including participant onboarding, budget management, and compliance with laws and policies.
- Program Evaluation: Implement and assess program activities, using feedback to drive improvements and report outcomes to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education best practices and child development principles.
- Experience in program planning and evaluation, preferably within an educational or nonprofit setting.
- Proficient in computer applications, data management, and grant writing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse community groups effectively.
Physical Demands: Capable of physical activities such as hiking and swimming, with the ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
