Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services while addressing customer issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.

Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong listening abilities.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is preferred.
