Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with order processing and tracking, including changes and cancellations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, following company guidelines.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database for record-keeping and follow-up purposes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
