What are the responsibilities and job description for the lead Instructor (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) position at BizSolutions 360?
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver NAEMT-approved TCCC course to up to 30 personnel over multiple rotations.
- Develop lesson plans, PowerPoints, handouts, and training aids.
- Facilitate didactic sessions, trauma lanes, hands-on simulations, and assessment stations.
- Conduct after-action reviews (AARs) and provide performance-based feedback.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and NAEMT instructional standards.
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Trauma Nursing, or a related field.
- Master’s Degree or higher (preferred).
Certifications (All Required):
- NAEMT Certified TCCC Instructor (must be current and verifiable)
- National Registry Paramedic (NRP), RN, PA, or MD/DO licensure
- BLS and ACLS from AHA (American Heart Association) or Red Cross
- TCCC-MP or TCCC-CLS Certification (trainer and provider)
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 5–7 years of field experience in trauma/emergency medicine or military deployment.
- Documented experience instructing NAEMT TCCC or equivalent trauma courses.
- Deep understanding of military operational environments and battlefield trauma protocols.
- Strong command of adult learning theory, scenario-based learning, and trauma simulations.
- Exceptional leadership, public speaking, and instructional delivery skills.
- Experience managing training teams in military or government settings preferred.

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
