We are looking for a full-time, seasonal Supervisor for our Lakeside Bistro. This is a terrific opportunity to experience Front of House management at the Ranch. Work with fellow hospitality professionals to deliver an exceptional culinary experience to homeowners and guests.
The ideal individuals will be experienced hospitality leaders. As a customer focused resort, successful candidates will demonstrate exceptional customer service philosophy and skills.
Major Responsibilities :
- Hire and train seasonal team of servers, bussers, and host / hostesses.
- Lead by example and actively work to keep your team motivated. Regularly celebrate accomplishments and recognize what is going well.
- Collaborate with your teammates to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Demonstrate your expertise regarding menu items and beverages.
- Anticipate and fulfill the needs of each guest. Work collaboratively with restaurant peers to deliver an exceptional experience.
Qualifications :
