We are hiring a front-of-house Supervisor for our busy summer season at Robert’s Pub, situated on our Big Meadow golf course.
Our ideal applicant has at least one year of experience in restaurant operations, is an excellent communicator, good at promoting teamwork, and can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
The Supervisor works at the direction of the Restaurant Manager to deliver the highest level of service to our guests and support the front-of-house team in doing the same.
Pay is $20.00 - $25.00 / hr based on skills and experience. This is a full-time, seasonal position starting in April and ending in September / October. Depending on individual performance and business needs at the end of the summer, there is potential for continued employment.
Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
