Job Role
A Doorman/Bellman at Black Desert Resort is responsible for providing a warm and welcoming first impression to guests, assisting with luggage, driving resort vehicles, and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with luggage and other items upon arrival and departure.
- Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about the resort's amenities and services.
- Assist with the transportation of luggage to and from guest rooms in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a hospitality setting is preferred.
- Valid Utah driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
