About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced gymnastics coach to join our team at Black Diamond Kids Center in Brentwood, CA. As a gymnastics coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children of all ages and skill levels, helping them develop their physical abilities and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
Qualified applicants will work with our developmental team

- Lead gymnastics classes for children ages 3-12
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to students
- Ensure the safety of all participants during classes
- Assist with special events and competitions as needed
Requirements:
- Previous coaching experience in gymnastics or related field
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children of all ages
