We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a customer service background, and the ability to manage a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and eager to contribute to our mission of excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answering and directing phone calls in a professional manner/Manage incoming calls and provide excellent phone etiquette to customers
- Filing and maintaining records
- Taking payments over the phone
- Scheduling drivers and coordinating routes
- Investigating customer service concerns and ensuring timely resolutions
- Communicating driver needs and finding solutions as they arise
- Reporting repair or maintenance issues to the appropriate mechanic or department
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Utilize Google Suite for various office tasks and communication
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution
- Organize office supplies and maintain an efficient workspace
- Support team members with personal assistant duties as needed
As/If needed, assist other staff
- Sorting incoming mail and delivering to appropriate staff
- Calculating timecards for payroll
- Entering payments into company software accurately and efficiently
- Writing checks to vendors as needed
- Bank/Post Office runs
Requirements
- Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks
