JOB DESCRIPTION
Administrative Assistant – Salt Lake City
Summary of Position:
Reporting to the Project Managers, the Administrative Assistant will assist with maintaining the office environment, provide assistance to Manager, assisting with the coordination of fleet items, and while maintaining excellent relationships with trades, subcontractors, and clients. The assistant will order all office supplies.
Duties & Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls
Assist the Managers/Project Managers to ensure billings, policies, procedures, and performance standards are in accordance with company policy and contract specifications are met
Compile expense reports and credit card reconcilliation
Document and route paperwork
Comply with all company health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
Track fleet vehicle licensing
DIVR updates
Build and maintain customer and supplier/vendor relationships
Document control
Other duties as assigned
