Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Assistant to join our team in Tacoma, WA. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment while maintaining a strong organizational and administrative skill set. As a key member of our team, you will balance customer interactions, sales, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and showcase our premium product offerings.
- Utilize proven sales techniques to achieve revenue goals and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up on sales leads and manage customer data using CRM software.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle related documentation.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk support, greeting visitors, and managing phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars for team members.
- Organize and maintain office files and documentation, ensuring records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Perform clerical tasks, including data entry, proofreading, and preparing reports.
- Maintain supplies inventory and coordinate office maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely completion of projects.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office applications; CRM experience is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading abilities.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
