Job Summary

Duties
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new leads and expand the customer base.
- Manage assigned territory effectively, ensuring all potential clients are reached and engaged.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans tailored to meet market demands.
- Engage in direct sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and territory management are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients.
