This is a fully remote position. Qualified candidates can live and work anywhere in the United States as long as you have an active Pennsylvania or Virginia LPC, LCSW of LMFT license in these states.

About the Role

As a Blackbird Psychotherapist, you will :

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services by meeting with patients regularly to provide counseling, individualized treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Evaluate new clients through biopsychosocial / diagnostic assessments

Invest in your patient relationships by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients

Because we must work within a child's school schedule, we incentivize our clinicians to provide availability during Blackbird's core after-school hours

Collaborate with other specialty providers (i.e., CRNPs, EF Coaches, Speech therapists) to establish an Integrated Treatment Plan

Comply with minimum clinical time expectations per week after onboarding and acclimation to the role

Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and maintain thorough records of patient meetings and progress

Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

About You

You will be a great fit for our team if you have :

A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families

Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to children and / or adolescents is desired

Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with patients, provider partners, and colleagues

Openness to professional and clinical feedback and interested in working in a supporting and collegial clinical environment.

Appreciative of the value of operating in a collaborative and cooperative environment.

Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.

Qualifications

Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or PsyD is required.

The target range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors, including licensure, experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.

This is a fully remote position
