Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services through regular counseling sessions and personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients and their families.
- Ensure availability during core after-school hours to meet children’s scheduling needs.
- Collaborate effectively with other care team members, including psychiatrists and educational specialists, to create integrated treatment plans.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, tracking treatment progress and outcomes.
- Engage family members and external specialists as needed to provide holistic care.
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality mental health care to children and families.
- Experience working directly with children and/or adolescents is preferred.
- Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit are essential.
- Willingness to both receive and provide constructive feedback.
- Proactive, sound judgment, and adaptability to evolving challenges are key traits.
- Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD in Pennsylvania or Virginia.
