Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join their dynamic team and manage key relationships with major big-box retailers. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth, increasing market share, and ensuring brand visibility within these strategic accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned big-box retailers.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Forecasting : Accurately forecast sales and inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize out-of-stocks.
- Negotiations : Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities with retailers.
- Category Management : Collaborate with retail category managers to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Reporting : Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise with retailers promptly and efficiently.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and support.
