This role is crucial to ensuring efficient handling of patient accounts and service scheduling. Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process phone and fax orders while ensuring all data is entered accurately into our system.
- Manage patient files, coordinate scheduling of services, and produce delivery paperwork with speed and precision.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns in a timely manner.
