SUMMARY:
Manage and lead an Inside Sales team to drive partner engagement, sales growth, and revenue opportunities. Oversee sales processes, training, and collaboration across departments to achieve company goals. Ensure customer satisfaction through client interactions, resource planning, and performance monitoring. Drive sales expansion between Franklin and Rock Hill Sales Accounts while maintaining compliance with company standards.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of Inside Sales Account Managers that contact partners through all means of communication and seminars to communicate opportunities to extend initiatives with the company.
  • Conduct selling efforts as needed.
  • Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure the sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company.
  • Serve with other departmental management to facilitate relationships among members of these various departments and locations in order to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate programs to gather requirements and features from customers and their communities to augment sales, marketing, development, support, product management, and business and technology partnerships, and others as needed.
  • Identify revenue programs and facilitate finance, legal and sales practices.
  • Manage resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives and communications for the assigned team.
  • Participate in client interactions to ensure cross-training, customer satisfaction and management involvement regularly.
  • Reviews/monitors response time / workloads, address any issues
  • Work with sales team to grow sales
  • Exceed sales and gross profit objective for fiscal year
  • Perform all work in accordance to ISO.
  • Help facilitate growth between Franklin and Rock Hill Sales Accounts.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient with the use of computer software specific to the operation (Microsoft Office, InxSql etc.)
  • Broad knowledge of company procedures, work instruction, and specific software (InxSql, ADP, etc.)
  • High knowledge of manufacturing, industrial supply products, and export requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible hours
  • Ability to plan / prioritize
  • Approachable
  • Strong coaching abilities


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
:

  • Direct supervisory responsibility


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10 years in a like position
  • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Industrial Distribution

  • Employee responds to commonly occurring problems/situations for which standards, procedures or precedents exist.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Employee is regularly required to speak and hear English, stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms. Employee is required to use computer and other equipment.
  • Employee frequently lifts and/or moves up to _25_ pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and the ability to clearly focus vision.
