Responsibilities
-Perform administrative and clerical tasks
-Organize and maintain files and records
-Type documents, reports, and correspondence
-Assist with office management duties
-Utilize Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks Online for various tasks
Requirements
-Strong time management skills
-Proficiency in administrative tasks
-Knowledge of office management procedures
-Bi-lingual is a must
-Previous experience in construction is a plus
-Previous experience in Accounts Payable is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
