Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to process customer claims against food service programs in an efficient and accurate manner.
The Analyst is responsible for tracking, executing, and compliance of contractual agreements. This role will support existing and new National Account clients as it relates to contract volume reporting.

Job Specifics/Requirements
Principal responsibilities:
- Audit and analysis of complex distributor and operator claims
- Data entry for the processing of claims
- Ensure claims are processed timely and in accordance with client’s agreement
- Assist in the training of personnel on complex/technical tasks
- Proactively recognize customer patterns and practices
- Establish and foster effective relationships with clients
Skills/Experience:
- BS in Finance or related field or work experience
- Audit and analysis experience
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently. Be results oriented and self-motivated
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and motivated to learn new software applications
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Compensation: Base salary will be competitive with market rates and experience. Medical package, 401k and vacation benefits are competitive.
