Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Manage and oversee social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X , TikTok.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content captions that resonate with target audiences.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and other interactions; engage with followers and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Analyze social media performance through insights and analytics tools; adjust strategies to improve performance and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistency of brand messaging and visuals.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, giveaways, and promotions to boost engagement.
- Monitor and manage online reputation, addressing any negative comments or feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Track competitor activity and analyze trends in social media marketing.
- Prepare monthly performance reports with data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Strong understanding of content creation and marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.
- Ability to analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and community engagement.
- Preferred Skills:
- Experience with paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of SEO and how social media impacts search engine rankings.
