Accounts Receivable Clerk

Part Time Position (29 hours/week or less)

Essential Functions: 

• Applies customer payments in an accurate and timely manner. 
• Researches and solves payment discrepancies. 
• Processes credit card payments and credits. 
• Makes adjustments to accounts as needed. 
• Prepares weekly manual deposits. 
• Prepares weekly reports for accountants. 
• Maintains all accounts receivable reports, spreadsheets, and corporate accounts receivable files. 
• Manages and completes all projects as assigned. 
• Maintains immaculate records to include source documents. 

Requirements

• BA degree in Accounting and/or Finance, or equivalent amount of work experience 
• One additional year of related work experience 
• Moderate knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks 
• Detail oriented and thoroughness required
