Job Description
The Automotive Service Advisor will perform automotive services efficiently while delivering quality customer service. Responsibilities include assisting customers with purchases, utilizing computers to determine product inventory levels, setting up work orders, communicating with the service department, explaining work orders and invoices, performing retail cashier duties, installing batteries, balancing wheels, repairing and installing tires, performing oil changes, demonstrating awareness of loss prevention and safety policies, and making appropriate service recommendations.
