Seeking an individual with a great work ethic. Should be reliable, dependable, respectful and team-oriented.
Good communication skills are a must to greet and welcome clients and their pets including but not limited to excellent telephone skills, marketing ability giving client options to provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, and computer skills to schedule appointments, perform invoicing, preparation and maintenance of medical records.
Assistance with pets in exam room when needed.
Process payment transactions, closing or opening the hospital for the day.
Light cleaning duties. Assist in cleaning the hospital including but not limited to: keeping reception desk area and lobby clean and sanitary, dusting, sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash and recycling, exam rooms, and kennels if needed.
Schedules may change and require weekend or evening hours to complete the job. Can include working some holidays or overtime depending on hospital needs. Must be flexible with schedule change and short notice overtime requests'
