Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and presentable.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative tasks including document creation and email management.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Support office management activities to ensure smooth operations.
Skills
- Proficient in computer use with strong skills in Google Suite applications.
