Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive electrical estimates for commercial construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and proposals to determine scope of work and project requirements.
- Utilize AcuBid software for estimating and preparing bid packages.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure estimates are comprehensive and cost-effective.
- Provide cost analysis and value engineering recommendations.
- Track and update estimate status, adjusting for any changes in scope or specifications.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical estimating within commercial construction.
- Proficiency in AcuBid estimating software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and construction practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
