Position Summary:
We seek a compassionate Community Navigator to support immigrant families in building stable, independent futures. This role combines case management, advocacy, and volunteer coordination to expand our impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake assessments and develop personalized client plans.
- Connect immigrants to housing, healthcare, employment, and legal aid.
- Organize and lead volunteers to provide direct support during critical times.
- Advocate for immigrant rights and empower clients with knowledge and resources.
- Build partnerships with local organizations and mobilize volunteers for advocacy.
- Track client progress and document outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in case management, community organizing, or volunteer coordination OR lived immigrant experience.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-cultural skills.
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
