The HR Recruiter is responsible for the recruitment and selection of top talent, in order to meet Block Imaging’s diverse hiring needs across multiple states. This is a highly collaborative role that allows the Recruiter to work closely with hiring teams to understand hiring needs, chose top candidates, and provide hiring recommendations and solutions. In addition, the Recruiter will promote Block Imaging’s reputation as a "best in class" employer, emphasizing our core values and wholehearted belief that People Matter.

Requirements
Objectives:
- Ensure that quality talent is added to the organization in a seamless manner.
- Responsible for sourcing activities and the development of methodologies for identifying talent within a competitive market.
- Maintain vigilance on our legal obligations regarding employment law and facilitate company compliance in our hiring and employment practices.
- Collaborating and supporting Managers, Hiring Teams, and the Block Imaging Team as a whole, in Talent Acquisition.
- Identify, attract and evaluate both active and passive candidates for roles.
Essential Functions:
- Administer, and coordinate the recruiting efforts including, but not limited to creating and posting job opportunities, initial screening of candidates, and facilitation of the hiring process.
- Source, pre-screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions, with a primary focus on multivendor & technical/leadership roles.
- Facilitate the process of writing job offers, and related documentation and support the efforts of hiring managers in the presentation of an offer.
- Work in a coordinated effort with recruiting team and leaders to develop a network of top-quality candidates through targeted and strategic sourcing methodologies.
- Offer and support a solutions-driven approach to developing and enhancing Hiring Manager relationships throughout area of influence.
- Participate in talent update with team and with Hiring Managers, while working towards tracking and utilizing metrics to measure our success.
- Keep up with recruiting tools, technologies, methodologies and industry changes.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable federal, state and local employment law.
- Acts as a resource for company to ensure
theirbetter understanding and compliance with HR policies and regulations. - Occasional travel as required for networking at trade shows, career events, or trainings.

Qualifications:
Education: B.S. degree in human resources or general business, or equivalent.
Minimum Experience and Skills:
- 5 years’ experience in hands-on full cycle recruiting, required.
- Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, required.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate fashion, required.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, required.
- Marketing experience for the purpose of promoting Block Imaging’s opening roles, preferred.
