- System Data Entry: Input and maintain procurement records within the ERP system to ensure up-to-date information.
- Vendor Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers; communicate requirements and resolve order issues.
- Order Processing: Create and process purchase orders, verify order details with vendors, and monitor shipment schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Inventory Support: Collaborate with inventory teams to track stock levels and reorder materials as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Support the resolution of order discrepancies and address supplier performance concerns in collaboration with senior team members.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective supplier relationships.
